Info: Approx 40 years ago, give or take couple of years I owned a coupe and I think the reg was 557 PPU.

I'd very much like to know if it is still in use or even laid up somewhere please. When I owned it it was black and white, I could not afford a decent respray so I freshened it up with some household white paint, and painted the seats with a product called "new again"

I remember there was a faulty catch on the passenger door and on more than one occasion the door flew open and frightened the passenger somewhat.

After my first car, a sit up and beg 3 speed Ford Popular the herald was to me a real treat to own and drive.
