Info: In 1971 I purchased my first car a 1960 948cc Triumph Herald Coupe. The car had been imported from Singapore into the UK in 1966 but I am sure it had an "A" suffix number plate so it may have been 1963. It was white over a pale pinkish colour which I quickly changed to blue. I sold the car in 1978 and shortly after the police told me that it had been involved in a robbery and had been found burnt out in Liverpool. I attach a couple of old photos of the car but the number plate is partially obscured and only reads DHV 6......(A?). I am now looking for another identical Coupe as my next project having just recently retired. |
