Info: Period photo. While in my possession this car had the original engine rebored, crank ground, head etc reconditioned, new chassis outriggers and was fitted with oversized 5.60.13 tyres. Also note the Lucas spot lamp and yellow fog lamp plus side repeater indicators. I won't mention the Esso tiger on the rear parcel shelf who's eyes lit red with the brake lights but no fluffy dice to go with the Halfords wheel trims. I also fitted an aftermarket rev counter mounted below the dash. A must have for any 18 year old driving a 42 bhp car at 78mph doing 5500rpm, downhill with the wind behind him.
