Additional Information: I have now found a photo - it was taken in 1963 in Stevenage when I was visiting a friend of mine, I live in Wiltshire as car reg relates so it was a local car.

Info: I used to own a 1960 Triumph Herald 948cc Twin Carb, it was Alpine Mauve and the reg was WMW 392.
I bought it in May 63 for £400 and had it for 2 years and sold it for £300, it had 19,000 on the clock when
bought and 49,000 when I sold it. The best bits, the turning circle, it was comfortable and quite quick for
it’s engine size. The bad bits, the only things I can think of was half shafts ( had 2 go ) and the services
every 6,000 although some cars of today have that interval. Looking back I loved that car
