Info: The car actually belongs to my younger sister, Emma - it was her first car, bought for her and restored by Dad back in the mid '80's. After about 4 years, she sold it, still in good condition, to a neighbour's son and he then promptly decided to tear it apart for no good reason as it was running well and was in very good condition.

In about 2004, we bought the car back and it has sat under a tarpaulin ever since, at least until now. I've recently built a new shed and have been storing it but am now sick of looking at it in it's current sorry state and have decided to restore it, along with my brother and sister. It is in surprisingly good and original condition, with no rust whatsoever (and no apparent previous rust repairs), an engine which still runs like a little sewing machine and good interior. We're hoping to have it back on the road in a few months as it basically just needs to be cleaned up, repainted and screwed back together.
