A New Coupe
After a Stafford weekend, two new cars have come to light - UUN 211 a stunning restored blue and white coupe, with a first class interior.
Commission number Y3644 a really amazing car. Also at Stafford parked in the main hall was a white saloon KFF 264 with a black interior and period radio and surround - very nice.

Its great that two 'new' cars have come to light but very frustrating in that 2 'known' cars have not found their own way onto the history of the 948. Come on TSSC get involved with the project!!

Three more cars have been unearthed, two from newspaper requests 993 SPA and 942 AXE, both saloons.
The third is another ebay car currently for sale - 161 UXG, which is a Monaco Blue Saloon with a 1200 engine fitted.

Swiss Coupes
ZH 176687 is a Swiss registered car sent through by Erich Heer. He owned this car around 1965,
and has sent three excellent period images of the car fom the front, rear and even roofless!

The car may be possible to (almost certainly) identify as there were only a handful exported to Switzerland, the first being Y694L a Coffee
and White coupe built on 4th June 1959. ZH is a 1959 spec car, with early boot style and Herald badges on the fins.

The car can be found in the directory, and I have cheated a little by adding it to the Z list of cars.

The Herald Bug has well and truly stuck with Erich currently owning a Cherry Red 1966, Herald 1200 convertible.
